Customer Service / Phone Order Specialist

Infusino's Italian Restaurant is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our front-of-house staff. In this role, you'll answer phone calls, take accurate food orders, assist customers with menu questions, serve pickup orders, operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) system, process payments, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a positive attitude during busy shifts. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
