Our Story

We proudly opened our doors to the community in 1987, but our story really begins in the late 1970’s, when the original Infusino’s in Racine was born.

Our cuisine is rooted in the Infusino’s family tradition, but also features unique pasta dishes, steak, and chop options to satisfy every taste.

Owners Jerry and Frank deeply appreciate the support of the community, and the customers who became friends and are now one of the family.

Our goal back then, as it is now, was to create a location where you could come eat and enjoy authentic southern Italian food using our family’s traditional recipes along with fresh, delicious new menu additions as well as our delicious homemade pizza.

Aside from our famous homemade pizza and pasta, we also serve Chicago-cut steaks and chops. Come visit our gorgeous full-service bar. Be sure to get there early because when you know, you know…

Went on a Saturday night, waited for tables to be cleared when they had cleared a table for us  we still waited maybe 10 mins after, they might have been short staffed, not 100% sure but.  Waitress seemed a little too busy for us.  Waited another 10 mins or so after being seated for her.  Ordered drinks, waited, then drinks came, was going to order appetizers right away(due to timing already) she dropped drinks off then dipped lol so waited again to order everything.  BUT, Food was  absolutely amazing!  We had the breaded meatballs and calamari, then husband had the  Italian combo and I had a pasta dish (cant remember name).   After the 1st bite of appetizers I really didnt mind all the waiting. Definitely worth going! I will definitely be back, even if we wait again lol Food was worth every wait!  I'd like to see the music  be changed to something more to fit the restaurant and not pop hits or whatever was playing. Also maybe not have the tables so close to each other, hard to move chair to get up from.
